Customer Responsibilities:

If the customer fails to contact us about any problems they have with our policies before they purchase, the issue will not be addressed or resolved.
Preorder Policy:
- Pre-order items require 2-6 weeks for processing before they are ready to be shipped. (Unless otherwise stated). This allows for the handcrafting, cutting, and sewing of each product.
- Once the pre-order items arrive to us, orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days.
- We kindly ask for your patience during the pre-order process. If you have any questions or need an update on your pre-order, please contact us.
- Pre-orders are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Shipping Policy:
- We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination within the US and the selected shipping method.
Return and Exchange Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or received in error.
- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items before issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
- Return shipping costs for eligible items will be covered by us.
Order Cancellation Policy:
